These patches are not part of the package, but are instead patches for the 
config files and the spec files from the kernel package.

There are meant to be applied to the CentOS kernel SRPM and not the Red Hat
version.

These patches are not designed to necessarily apply directly to the configs
and specs as much as they are included for a reference, as they most likely
will not apply to new kernels cleanly.
