I'm sure the developers will appreciate your praise, and yes - CentOS is pretty close to being RHEL without the support.

My deviation into OSX turned into just using it as a host to run RHEL derivatives under VirtualBox. If the hardware didn't belong to my employer, and wasn't under configuration control, it would have CentOS on the bare metal.
