Wav to GSM using Sox

I have created a Wav file using sound recorder.

I want to convert it into GSM 8 bit but cant do it.

If GRUB is already working on one member of the RAID there's no reason to redo it on that disk. It should not hurt, but if it ain't broke, don't fix it. [by pschaff]

ok, i learned that i will have to use NAT to make traffic go from eth1 to eth0 and further.
