yum broken after upgrade to 5.2

I've followed instructions in previous posts and am getting a lot of dependencies to install. Not necessarily a big problem though tedious, but most recently I got this:

How much memory do you have? GUI install requires 512MB of RAM. If you suspect the memory is the issue, try a text install by typing linux text at the prompt.
