Where are you running lspci? In the host or on the guest? Running it on the guest will only show you the virtual resources that you have assigned to the guest - it will not show you the physical hardware on the real machine.

You can't run host commands from the guest (except by logging into the host via ssh or some other means, which is then not really on the guest anyway, but I digress). You also cannot expect to access host resources that the virtualization system does not somehow implement as virtual hardware. What is the host OS, and what do you want to do with the DIGIUM TE220 voice cards? |

If you want direct access to hardware, such as lab use generally requires, that is not going to work through a VM. Either install CentOS in place of Windows, or dual-boot, or use the cards from Windows.
