I'm looking for sm-notify, which should be part of nfs-utils, but isn't.
I need this for NFS over TCP failover. Where can i find it? |

Apparently Red Hat disagrees that sm-notify should be part of nfs-utils in RHEL. It is found in Fedora, but not in RHEL/CentOS. One might be able to port a Fedora SRPM following How to Rebuild a Source RPM.
