My machine is a dell Inspiron N5010 with an intel i3 processor , i have a gnome installed , a gui installed , and i have installed gnome power manager and pm utils, cpuspeed but the fan stilll running all along when i m in centos . Please what can be the problem ?

That does not mean the CPU is overheating. GUI or text install? Are cpuspeed, pm-utils, and gnome-power-manager installed?

I dualboot ,centos 6 64 bit with windows ,
when i put centos , the fan makes a lot of noise and overwork but with windows 7 it is silent.
What can be the problem?
please help me
