Where can I get package XyZ.rpm for CentOS?
Dag Wieers maintains a great resource with Dag's Yum Repository. His repository likely contains many of the packages you may be looking for.

Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux (EPEL)
There is also a repository of additional packages available for CentOS; it is run by FedoraProject on http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL
