Is RHGFS and RHCS available for CentOS-4?
Yes, we have released Global File System 6.1 and Cluster Suite 4.0 for CentOS-4.

They are available from this repository.

What about RHDS? The upstream vendor released an EL4 version of it: RHDS2.1.
