Re: CentOS 7.5 firewalld config changes

I'm also going through the same problem. When restarting the server, the firewalld is lost in zone settings. This started happening after I upgraded the system.
Currently Centos is in this version:
CentOS Linux release 7.5.1804 (Core)
Has anyone found a solution to the problem?

Re: Help resolve packet dependency

Oh well, one of those installation scripts that try to be clever but fail at it.. Looks like the dependencies would get installed with yum install glibc.i686 compat-libstdc++-33.i686 After you have installed those, try running that installations script again. Dear Avij, your tip was perfect. Perfor...

Help resolve packet dependency

Hello everyone, I'm looking for help solving some package dependencies. I'm trying to install a rpm.rum package, in a CentOS Linux release 7.4.1708 (Core) minimal version. I get these dependency errors: libc.so.6 is required by bitdefender-scanner-7.6-4.i586         libc.so.6 (GLIBC_2.0) is required...

Re: VSFTPD folder permission failure in Centos 7

Dear pjsr2 That's right, I use the ftpuser user in Filezilla. I think I found the cause of the problem. The protocol folder, in which I referred to the access problem by Filezilla, raised the problem because the folder has 2116160 files. The same problem occurred using WinSCP. It is impossible to re...

Re: VSFTPD folder permission failure in Centos 7

Dear pjsr2 By chatting with the system developer, a web application searches for files in this FTP directory. In this case, Apache is required for the application to search the files (read and write) through the URL http://domain/files In this case, what do you advise? I am wrong to put the folders ...

Re: VSFTPD folder permission failure in Centos 7

Dear Pjsr2 I temporarily disabled SElinux in order to solve the permission problem. Once it is resolved, I will activate it. Answers: 1 - I do not have a website running at this address. It is just a storage, where we perform the files through FTP. 2 - Correct, we have an application that connects v...

Re: VSFTPD folder permission failure in Centos 7

Other important information.
I logged in with the ftpuser user in the shell, got into the folder protocol, created folder and files. I have not received any permission errors denied. I can view all the files inside the folder by the shell, and also view inside the FTP.

Dear Hunter86_bg,
Thanks for the support.
SElinux is fully disabled.
I need to have an FTP but the files are also accessed by Apache.
