Edit /boot/grub2/grub.cfg and remove "nouveau.modeset=0 rd.driver.blacklist=nouveau" from the linux16 line. It may also need the video=vesa:off removed but I've never seen that one before. I suspect it rather depends on if you use the vesa driver or if nouveau depends on it (I don't think it does)....

Did you install any other nvidia driver? The ordinary yum update process will not add those parameters to the kernel command line.
