Re: support for dell servers

CentOS 7.2 has a few years of unfixed security problems - you really should use 7.5.

Re: CentOS 7 is not able to connect to internet on VM

You mention both VMware workstation and VirtualBox - which are you using?
Anyway, I guess this is a question about how you setup the virtual router/switch/nic/etc on your VM software.
Also, 192.168.0.100 may be inside the dhcp range of your router.

Re: Problems after update to CENTOS 7.5

Set it up to boot into non-GUI.
If that doesn't reproduce the problem, most likely it's a problem with X or Gnome/KDE/etc.

Re: LVM partition layout

Is it /home or / that's running low?
A clean GUI install (with a few extras) is around 7GB, so if it's / then you've collected quite a bit extra.
Maybe some temp or log files can be deleted?
Otherwise, maybe you could create /backup and move some of your (least used) data there.

Re: Unable to install CentOS on my new Windows 10 computer

Are going to have a dual boot? If yes, maybe a virtual machine using e.g. virtualbox could be an alternative?
What's your hardware, specifically your disk and disk controller?

What did you try?
Log in as root; what's the output of fdisk -l

Re: upgrading from 6.8 to most recent version

You cannot upgrade from 6.x to 7.x. You have to reinstall.

Re: How to execute shell commands via https request (nginx,PHP)?

If you haven't already looked at it, you may want to look into CGI.
