I have two pc with bluetooth adapter and centos 7.5 If I try to ping each other via l2ping I get no response If I try l2ping my android smartphone I get response on both computers, so bluetooth works What should I do to allow response on centos when pinged from the other centos? please help me thanks

It seems that in centos 7 are missing packages like kernel-rt like redhat 7 realtime.

Why? Aren't they opensource?

can I reuse something from centos7 lynx package to make newer version rpm or do I have to write spec file and other things manually?
