You cannot use an el7 repo with el6.
Remove the el7 nux repo and anything installed from it. Then install the correct one.

What did you do before you ran "yum update kernel"?
Your information indicates a fresh install followed by an update.

Using mv instead of cp will not create the proper selinux context for the moved file.

It sounds like your /boot partition may be too small or you may be keeping too many kernels.
