Next update
I was able to boot in rescue mode and install grub.
Noticed that /boot/grub2/grub.cfg is empty and recreated it.
Direct boot did not work.
Only way I was ablr to get it work is to boot in anaconda and quit install.
Not ideal, but will do the job until fix is discovered.

Re: Network installation fails (Closest mirror)
As already mentioned entering URL works.
If you choose closest mirror option it does not.

Network installation fails (Closest mirror)
When I use default option closest mirror installation cannot download metadata (probably wrong URL).
Is that a bug in the installer?
Setting up URL manually (http option) works.

Re: No space left on device
Delete some files/directories. Most likely you have some directory full of 0 bytes or tiny files - like about 900,000 of them. I have not done this before, can you provide some commands to execute? After you identified what files you can delete(usig directions from other posts) the command to remov...

Re: OS problem?
It might be that hardware is too new for CentOS 6.
On Dell site I see it supports CentOS 7.
Give it a try.

Re: Best GPU for headless CentOS box ?
Looking at https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/HWAccelIntro your best bet might be card that supports NVIDIA CUDA.
Personally didn't test it so refer to the link.

Re: Can't install CentOS 6.9 in a 80GB HDD
You might need to add drivers in case 80G drive is on unsupported controller.
Please, provide information about the hardware.
