You can find mock configuration file CentOS uses on their buildlogs machine. For example:

https://buildlogs.centos.org/c7.1611.u/ ... 6/mock.cfg

is for C7 i386.

First, it's not the -header package but the -devel package that you need to build the Nvidia driver.

Second, if 4.10 is not suitable, you can try kernel-lt which is a 4.4 LTS kernel.

And if you decide to use kernel-ml, be sure to install kernel-ml-devel so that you can build the nvidia driver using .run.
