Why would you attempt to install CentOS 7 when it only has 6 weeks left to live?
Pick a newer distro and try that. CentOS 7 dates from 2014 and is only a few weeks away from its end of life date. It's a bad choice for a new install.

As root, run du -m -x -d1 / | sort -n That will show you a list of the top level directories on your / filesystem and how much space is used under each one, sorted in size order with the largest at the bottom. You seem to have missed the Red Hat announcement that they were killing CentOS Linux 8 about 3 years ago. You need to pick a newer rebuild - I'd recommend either Rocky or Alma as Stream is too beta-y to be trusted.
