It took about 2.5 - 3 hours for 4.1TB RAID5EE file system to complete file system check. Just stating for future reference. All seem to be fine and this issue can be closed.

UPDATE: Running top shows e2fsck using CPU and MEM:

Thanks for all the help! I have successfully made wireless working on CentOS x86_64 bit. Also, removed kmod-compat-wireless and only have kmod-r8192ce installed. I consider this as solved.

My wireless seems to be working absolutely fine on my home network. And this makes me believe that there was something wrong with the wireless router (old firmware probably). Please mark this thread as resolved.
