Good Morning, Sounds like postfix is only listening on the local loop interface perhaps? Is it listening on the actual physical interface? Shell in and run this command # netstat -an |more If it's listening on both loop and eth0 you should see a line in the output like this tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:25 0.0.0....
