It might be important to note here that ARMv8 is aarch64, and you can't currently mix and match aarch64 with armv7hl. The source rpm for this is in our git tree in the sig-altarch7-aarch64 branch -> https://git.centos.org/summary/sig-altarch!kernel.git

You may need a bit of additional tooling if you're not used to working with our lookaside cache for git. Please see https://wiki.centos.org/Sources for details.

Following up on this since it still trips some people up. For KDE users, you will need to ensure you have the proper kde-plasma-networkmanagement packages installed. For example -> kde-plasma-networkmanagement-openvpn.x86_64, available from the EPEL repository.

Taking money gets complicated for a number of reasons, so we avoid that. Red Hat has donated hardware, and employs some members of the CentOS board to work on the distribution full time.
