Re: Is CentOS allowed in a professional environment?
Yes, for example Facebook uses CentOS. And Mr. Mark Zuckerberg is still innocent, even if CentOS is not a crime.

Other good news: Lord Bill Gates is not the Anti-Christ after all, and it's proven with the release of Windows 10. And I don't care about even another one more nagging and pushing patch with them, also.

Re: Hahaha
If I have the mentioned security hole on my Linux 5.0.1, then it means there is also a security hole in the Zyxel LTE4506-M606, which is also based on Linux.

Grave news: An idiot somewhere has by gun, forced somebody to create another security hole in Linux 5.
I can provide evidence for this hole, so let's talk. In the mean time, I went back to Linux 4.18 and the hole is not there.

Re: An attempt to create a backdoor in Linux
Sorry you guys thought I was trolling. I was just worried about this bizzare screen, but it's just bugs in the Apple firmware I guess.
The solution was to copy /boot/efi/EFI/centos/grubx64.efi over to /boot/efi/EFI/centos/shimx64.efi

SSH client string "CoreLab-1.0" - a cracker group?
I get break-in attempts on my SSH. Once in a while, I get in the logs a client string called "CoreLab-1.0". I can't find anything related on Google. Is this a cracker group, or just a modified SSH app? *chit chat*

Re: OBS Studio SSL support fails, only TLS
It works from here also with openssl s_client -connect live-api.facebook.com:443 I tried to compile again and I get the following warning: CMake Warning: Manually-specified variables were not used by the project: USE_SSL Is USE_SSL=ON deprecated or is there another parameter? Edit: I changed to USE_...
