Well you don't actually tell us the problem. It *seems* as though the boot record/UEFI boot environment is on one disk (how?)
Perhaps you need to place the boot environment on both disks?

I get the PC got freeze and after couple of seconds it shutdown

Thermal event (i.e.: heat)?
Anything in /var/log/messages and/or the journal (journalctl)?

Well I don't use imjournal because of the well known performance hot - see http://www.rsyslog.com/doc/v8-stable/configuration/modules/imjournal.html Following the link suggested (int he output) points to: http://kb.monitorware.com/kbeventdb-detail-id-7218.html (they suggest disabling xconsole stuff)...

I'm not really sure what you mean, could you expand a bit? Assuming: I want to know how much of a process is using virtual memory (i.e.: "real" RAM and file backed memory aka swap), per process. In that case, top will show you RES (resident set) and SWAP, or VIRT - RES = SWAP. You can get ...

Could it be logrotate, rotating the logs and restarting rsyslog so it gets rid of (what are now stable handles - if the logs where rotated)?

a) /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ens192 contains nothing (the only thing according your post is "# Generated by dracut initrd". Where's the configuration you mention?
b) Is you network managed by NetworkManager?
