Yes, it's your network service, if you using dhcp try set up static ip in this interface.
If you using networkmanager try disable network.service

First make sure that your config files are ok, some typo or wrong digit in ip address.
Then try ping ip address in your local network, if it works try

this will let us know that the problem is with dns.
