Re: Help with VPN (CentOS client connecting to SonicWall)

It's seems that it's quite complicated to set it up. I've always used the NetworkManager's applet (for OpenVPN/openconnect).
Check this guide and I hope it helps you fixing the issue.
My guess is that something is not running/configured properly.

Re: Extending root partition on Centos 7 VM

If you created a new vmdk -it should be sdb or something like that. Rescan the scsi bus with the correct commands (previous post step 3B or 3C). You can always use the rescan-scsi-bus.sh tool. EDIT: It seems I mixed the disk rescan with the scsi bus rescan.I've updated the procedure and it now conta...

Re: How do I enable right click mouse to paste copy_on_selection?

The right click - "paste" is default for putty, but this is configurable even there. I prefer the middle click.

Re: adding harddrive

What is the end goal, what are you trying to accomplish ? How did you add this disk? Is this a physical or virtual machine ?
You can add disks, you can rescan the scsi bus(es) to recognise those disks, you can add them to the LVM and use them immediately without any downtime.

Re: Centos 7 + FF 52.3.0 ESR + Flash 27 + Codec

I'm having the same issues with a specific web site -the only working solution is chrome for linux. It seems that the chrome's builtin flash is working way better.

Re: cant see Windows 10 on grub screen at the beginning.

When you start the machine and press the F9 (could be different) - the boot menu for the bios , is there an entry for windows and CentOs, or just CentOS?
If your need your windows urgently, you can run the windows dvd and select repair.

Re: When we can see kernel 4 on CentOS 7

Trevor is right, you need those patch files in order to use kpatch.
I have a Red Hat developer subscription and I have no access to the repo also.

Sadly you are out of luck.If you decide to use a 4.X kernel, we won't be able to help you in case of an issue.
