What is the output of

rpm -V $(rpm -qa |grep systemd)

Also , consider reinstalling all packages that contain 'systemd' in their name + 'glibc' .

You can generate the following plot:

Then open the plot in a browser.It will show which service is waiting so much.

I had a similar experience when I had a 'resume=SOME_DEVICE' in the kernel parameter, but I did't use hibernation at all.

You can use 'gunzip/gzip' or 'bunzip2/bzip2' with default instalation.
If you need faster compression (multithreaded) , you can usse pbzip2 from epel.

The samba firewall service is enough. Check the windowws machine has the same workgroup like the samba.
