You post on a CentOS forum - what answer do you think you'll get?

There's half a bazillion possible answers, and without waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more details, who can guess which answer is the best.

Get a list of local small business computer/network consultants, check their references, hire one, listen to what they say.

Personally, I'd use a Windows server for user authentication and permissions management, Windows 7 for all the desktop clients, and either CentOS or Debian for all your other servers. But who knows, I have no clue about your business, your users, your IT Dept, etc.

Hi,
Here is what I have in my corporate network:

A bit more, but will below 100.
jaapee wrote:Centralized update
Puppet server does the job, runs on CentOS 6.5.
jaapee wrote:Active directory, Domain control
Samba 4.1 form source on top of CentOS 6.5.
jaapee wrote:Web server (open source), Database server (open source), File server, print server
All this is CentOS 6.5 (Apache and Nginx web servers, MySQL,PostgresSQL, MongoDB, MemcacheDB), all servers run as domain members, printer control and file server access is via AD.
jaapee wrote:Soft phone
Elastix, which comes as an installable image on top of CentOS 5.9 (or, if you prefer their latest alpha, it will be on top of CentOS 6.4).

WWell,

Printer properties.
As a new member, you need to read http://www.centos.org/forums/viewforum.php?f=12
and https://access.redhat.com/knowledge/docs/

As a new Linux user you might want to read http://rute.2038bug.com/index.html.gz
