I'm preparing to make that exam but i spent all my cash to pay for it so dont have cash to buy redhat, got question can i learn everythink on centos ? its 100% totaly same system just without support ?

Yes, many people use CentOS or ScientificLinux to prep for the exam. The best known book on it (at least as far as I can tell), by Michael Jang shows that the author is using ScientificLinux in to install at one point.

Yeah, I'm taking my test in two weeks (Apr 18) and have been using CentOS6. I'd consider CentOS or Scientific Linux. The only thing that might be a concern is the RHN channel or enterprise/tech support. Other than that, it is just about the same. Also, steer clear from Fedora. Word is that CentOS6/SL6 is the closest you can get to Red Hat OS you will see on the exam.

My Exam will be in October .. first RHCA, short afterwards RHCE
