Hi,
I'm trying to create this topic at CentOS 4.5 section, but I can't.
I'm trying to install a logitech webcam on a CentOS 4.5, using this article:
http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/H ... ce_Drivers
And this: http://doc.fedoraonline.it/Immagine_webcam_al_rovescio
But an error appear to me (when I do a make install):

Re: Installing webcam CentOS 4.5
CentOS 4 has been End Of Life for over 2 years and is not supported. You have more than 2 years worth of security updates missing and you should look to migrating to a supported release ASAP. I would recommend using CentOS 6 since CentOS 5 has had its last major update and is now in the RH "Production phase 3" - i.e. security updates only - part of its lifetime.
In addition you appear to be running a kernel 2.6.34 which is a non-CentOS 4 kernel - the standard CentOS 4 kernels are all 2.6.9-x.

The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

Are you really sure you are running CentOS 4? There was no firefox in existence when el4 was current.
