E-mail/Spam recommendations

Hello again,

I'm just about to rent a new server for my little business (evening work!) and was wondering what people would recommend for email (MTA) and spam/virus filtering these days. My present server is running Sendmail along with MailScanner/SpamAssassin and ClamAV. Nothing terribly wrong with that but maybe there's something better ... ClamAV in particular seems to be a resource hog!! :-(

Personally, Postfix/Amavisd-new/SpamAssassin/ClamAV as per the guides on the Wiki:

but there are many options available, each capable of doing a good job.
