Why CentOS installing X-server by default?

Just wondering...

Why CentOS LiveCD installing X-server by default? What is reason? So much people uses it like desktop system?

The Live CD is not the install media.
Installing from the Live CD just copies itself to your hard drive. No options.

Yep, sorry... Just downloaded normal distrib. Little bit hastened :-)
