How do I do a server-install of CENTOS 6.
No DVD, Only CD
No USB.
No Network.
Seems to be impossible.

You have a rather over-constrained problem. The solution space seems to contain only [url=http://docs.redhat.com/docs/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/6/html/Installation_Guide/s1-steps-hd-installs-ppc.html]hard drive installation[/url]. You may need to prepare the drive on another system given your constraints.
