I use this document: http://wiki.centos.org/TipsAndTricks/VncHeadlessInstall

Problem - media check isn't removing :-(
I have tried minimal & netinstall Iso

I checked this on VMWare and real computer.

Have you tried this one yet? Tips & Tricks: CD-to-DVD

Do you get an error message when you are preparing the image?

I take minimal (netinstall at second try) centos 6.2 ISO

then I modify it and write to iso. Resulting ISO is working - I can install OS on VMWare. But IT IS ASKING TO SKIP MEDIA CHECK.
This disk will be used to install on computer that has not have keyboard, mouse and display. Resulting Iso is working but needs a attached keyboard and press "right" than "enter" to skip memory check.

All is working except disabling "skip media check" dialog :-(

Welcome to the CentOS fora. Please see the recommended reading for new users linked in my signature.

Have you tried a kickstart install?

Kickstart is used for unattended install. It is strange, that for disabling memory check kickstart feature is needed...
I'll try it, thanks.
