a boot error---Kernel panic

Hi, Guys!

I installed centos 6.3 successful on my thinkpad t430,but when i reboot . It show this error :

I have got the same problem but on an Asus M2N4 SLI with dual Nvidia 7300 GT and 200 Gb Sata disk...
I have tried both mininal and complete desktop installation.

Googling a bit, I have seen some possible solutions...
1) use LVM and automatic partitioning (I have done manually using one ext4 and swap)
2) unplug one of the two Nvidia cards
3) pray...

I have same problem..

i'm using centos 6.3 (64 bit) on my VPS KVM Virtualizor.
i can't login using ssh root, and to try login using VNC, the dipslay VNC is:
