Tonight I upgraded centos 6.3 to 6.4. Everything went fine. Even Virtualbox updated from 4.2.4 to 4.2.10 and runs fine.
The big problem is with the display in xorg. The windows are there and they work but there is no text in them. I have an nvidia 8500 in the system. It was working fine before the upgrade.
I see the following errors in /var/log/messages:

Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks

Re: 6.4 upgrade. Graphics issues.
Figured it out.
The nouveau kernel module had to be blacklisted by adding rdblacklist=nouveau to the kernel line in /boot/grub/grub.conf
Then, as root, run Xorg -configure and copy the xorg.conf.new to /etc/X11 and rename it to xorg.conf.
After that, reboot and all is well.
