2087 refused

Dear experts

root@gold [~]# telnet 103.15.xx.xx 2087
Trying 103.15.xx.xx...
telnet: connect to address 103.15.xx.xx: Connection refused

But we getting https://103.15.xx.xx:2087
but displaying whmcpanel ..please find out attachment

Ask cPanel for help. We can't support machines with cPanel installed.
They replace packages with their own versions.

not that .. i am not install that but every one saying block port ..so i want open the port in my server .....
once check attachment ....
if it is not open please help to how to open the ports inbound and outbound ..please help me sir..

Your post does not make any sense. You say you didn't install it but it's plainly there and cPanel does not install itself. Nor does it open port 2087 as your iptables rules show and nor does it have a login screen there if you didn't install it.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
