Looking around here, the discussion of MRG realtime either relates to older kernels or includes suggestions to try the Scientific Linux build, or to build it yourself from the source.
Is there a build somewhere, or is there likely to be one soon, for the current kernel (2.6.32-431.el6.x86_64)? I'd be happy to help test if someone were to put it together.
