How to create a custom CentOS 6.4 single DVD install image?

I'm doing a custom CentOS 6.4 x86_64 kickstart driven DVD and need packages from both DVD1 and DVD2. So I'd like to merge those packages on DVD2 onto DVD1, then just create a new ISO from that. I install with ISO files mostly and could always burn the ISO to a dual layer disc, so size isn't an issue. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Thanks lloydh, I tried it and it worked like a charm for me.

Follow up: If I wanted to go a step further and replace the packages on the DVD which have updated versions available, would it would be just a matter of deleting the old packages and replacing them with new ones?
