in need to install http 2.0 on my centos machine (not spdy!!)
can anyone give me any guidnece for how i'm gonna do it?

What for do you need such an old version??? And besides 2.0 is no longer maintained.

I believe he meant the recently released HTTP/2 protocol.
This is rather "bleeding edge" technology, and there are very few web servers that support HTTP/2. Of the most common web servers in use on CentOS, I would expect that nginx (available via EPEL) would be the first one to get HTTP/2 support, but it's not there yet. I'd advise you to recheck the situation in a few months.
If you really need to install Apache HTTPD version 2.0.x ... please recheck your requirements, most software will work just fine on later httpd versions as well.
