I have already install CentOS 6 and email server running on it. now i wants to configure raid on two hard drive for OS mirroring purpose.
Please guide me how its possible.

If it is hardware RAID, contact the hardware vendor for instructions. Maybe they can help.
If it is software RAID the you will have to use mdadm but you had better know exactly what you are doing.
It is easier in most cases to reinstall and do it right the first time.
