Re: Help with mhash
Whatever you have there is not supplied by any CentOS repo. We don't have httpd 2.2.29 nor do we have php 5.4.37. Wherever you got your php from will need to supply the relevant packages to match the copy you have installed.
On my CentOS 6.6 system if I run yum provides 'php-mhash' then the packages I get listed here are all from the IUS Community repo and are php54-common-5.4.39-1.ius.centos6.x86_64, php55u-common-5.5.23-1.ius.centos6.x86_64 or php56u-common-5.6.7-1.ius.centos6.x86_64. It doesn't appear that any CentOS supplied package has php-mhash support.

The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

Re: Help with mhash
Looks like cPanel.
If you have cPanel, you need to use their support channel.
CPanel is a commercial product that replaces CentOS packages with its own.
It is no longer CentOS and any CentOS advice will break it more than it already is.
