Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I looked on google but couldn't find much solutions.

What is your DocumentRoot ?
What aliases have you defined?
Which control panel are you using?
What is the output of 'uname -a' ?
Show the output of 'rpm -q httpd'.

You are not running a CentOS kernel, so that eliminates most of my suggestions.
Check your logs to find the exact file that is not readable.

I added Options +FollowSymLinks +SymLinksIfOwnerMatch to the top of .htaccess and everything's working fine!
