How to Install CentOS-6.6-x86_64-bin-DVD2 on on VMware

How to install CentOS-6.6-x86_64-bin-DVD2 on VMware Workstation 11.1.2 build-2780323. Is there any step by step tutorial to do it. Please help!!

The second DVD is not required for most installations. It contains only infrequently used packages.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
