yes you can.
just make sure all your sources are available for download, or on request you can ship them for a trivial fee.
or alternatively get a PO box and a lawyer cause you'll get some correspondence
but... just go with CentOS 7.
or at least try to make smart choices when choosing packages, try not to stray too much from the vault and you'll be so much happier switching to el7. live updating from 6 to 7 is going to be so much easier than 5 to 6 since in the latter you have to update rpm 3->4 first
