Facing kernel panic issue on a single VM? What might cause this issue?

I am facing kenel panic on single VM ? Can I know the reason why it caused.

First, RHEL is not CentOS.

Second, 6.2 is *ancient* and badly needs updating. 6.9 is current and is about 5 years newer than what you're currently running. Update and see if the issue persists.
