You seem to have installed the EL7 version of the nux-dextop repo on your CentOS 6 system. Remove that, and try again with the EL6 version of nux-dextop. You may also need to yum clean all at some point.

okay done what you said.can I install google chrome over centos 6.9 ? many posts say it can't be done over 6.9 but can be done on centos 7.so is it posiible to upgrade to centos 7 withour any fresh installation ?

That's not a CentOS package at all. Don't pick random packages off the internet and attempt to install them on your CentOS system or you will end up breaking something.
