Centos 6.5 hangs on boot

Dear All Centos Expert,

I need help on my fujitsu server which installed centos 6.5 64 bit unable to boot stuck on :

server db2 :
/etc/rc5.d/S11portreserve: line 25: basename: command not found.
Starting system logger:

server db1 :
dracut warning: LVM vg_db1/lv_root not found
when login to rdshell only see :

/dev/vg_db1/lv_home
/dev/vg_db1/lv_swap

not found /dev/vg_db1/lv_root

server is cluster with oracle RAC 12c

please help how to fix it since this is production server
