CentOS

Hi All ,

Iam doing a yum configuration in rhel6 , while hitting #mount /dev/cdrom /media , getting errror as "mount:you must specify the filesystem type".

Can some one please help.

Last I heard, RHEL had their own support channels. CentOS is not RHEL.

That said, your system does not recognize the file system on the CD/DVD. What is that CD/DVD? How did you create it? If you put that CD/DVD into some other computer, are the CD/DVD contents visible there?
