in my centos 6.9 version i have python 2.6 but when i tried to upgrade 2.7 its not getting upgraded can someone tell how to fix problem

Don't change the system python, it will break lots of things like yum.
If you need a newer python then look at the python27/python3* packages from third party repos like EPEL and/or IUS.

The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
