centos 6.6 /randomly freeze / need to restart the workstation manually

Hello,

I encounters the same issue on many HP Workstation Z440 who freeze randomly, I need each time to restart the station manually.

The graphic card is an Nvidia Quadro K620 2GB
Memory 16GB

The bellow error messager is logged on Xorg.log

[573570.392] (EE) Caught signal 11 (Segmentation fault). Server aborting

Step 1: yum update to 6.9. You are missing 3+ years worth of fixes.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
