Hi everyone,
I’m trying to install fresh Centos 6.9 (64 bit) by using iso image from
http://mirror.btechcloud.com/centos/6.9/isos/x86_64/
(chose 64 bit name dvd.iso ,size 1.9 G)
However, when boot the system by usbbootable (create from Rufus) the warning show like this.
(Former OS is Centos7 but I have to work with some tool that only supported in version 6)
What should I do?
Thanks

1.9GB? Mine is 3.9GB.(chose 64 bit name dvd.iso ,size 1.9 G)

Check its sha256sum against the list published in the release notes : https://wiki.centos.org/Manuals/Release ... 12ac0d46dc
I'd also advise against using Rufus as some combinations of its options can lead to it corrupting the iso image as it copies it over. Easiest way to do it is to just dd the iso file to the usb device.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
