Centos 6.9 wired boot up time

Post by logtech » 2018/05/17 12:31:27

experts,
when I try to start up VM machine with Centos 6.9 it stuck on Mounting Local File System - unless I use keyboard - space or ESC and then boot up[ process would go on. Any thoughts?

Remove rhgb quiet from the kernel command line and reboot and see where it stops after that.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
